~19 [ video/action ]

[ the video clicks on with Japan walking down the ground floor hallway. Surprisingly, his face shows irritation. An expression rather rare on Japan. ]

England-san, where are you? I have a message from America-san.

[ a pause, before continuing in a sterner voice. It is obvious, that Japan is not. happy. ]

Also, is there anyone named "Hibari" here? I would like to have a word with this person. It is rather important.

...Yes. He's full Japanese, and he's lived there his whole life.

...I had feared so.

[ Japan looks pained at the fact that it was his citizen that caused this new mess. man whatever happened to being one of the safest countries? ]

...Hibari's a strange case. Most of your people aren't like him.

[Small consolation, but he doesn't know what else to say.]

If they were all like him, I would have to re-think about my education system.

It does not change that he is my citizen, though. I will have to do my best to remove the image of America-san being an enemy. Anyone can come back alive here, but if similar things happens when he returns, it may turn into a war. I will also have to have a talk with America-san about his actions.

Yeah...knowing Hibari, he won't stop unless he thinks he's even. If America or England or someone retaliates, he'll think he has to, too.

I'm sorry, Japan. If I'd known he was gonna do something this fucking stupid I'd have tried to stop him.

So it will only worsen the matter if anyone, especially a nation, tries to get back at him. This is turning into a rather troublesome matter

...It is not your fault, Gokudera-san. If anything, it should be my fault for not keeping tab on my people.

Yeah, pretty much.

As Juudaime's right hand, I should be able to keep better track of the members of our family. But Hibari's pretty fucking insane, so he doesn't listen to anyone, anyway.

I think the main concern is going to be America-san and England-san. I do not know how the others will take this. There is a part of me wanting to get back at Hibari-san for attacking America-san, but I do not want any more carnage and war...

Prehaps getting him checked by a doctor would be something to do if he is insane as you say he is?

I can try and talk to them. I don't care of they forgive Hibari, but this'll get out of hand really fast.

It's...not that easy. I mean, he's pretty sociopathic but it's...kind of normal for us.

I do not think I will be able to forgive Hibari-san anytime soon either. But I have understood that it is no use to attack back in this case, and that it will only cause more damage.

......Then I must try hard for that to not become normal, at least in my land.

...I do not see any reasons why I should be thanked, Gokudera-san. It should be I thanking you for the information and help.

It's for understanding the situation. I know America's not going to want to look at it logically.
