America-san was indeed at fault for causing that damage, but I do not see the need to have to try killing him after he had apologized and shown that he had regretted his action.

[ Japan sighes, and closes his mouth. He knew it was useless to get angry at Gokudera. What he said made sense, and it wasn't for Japan to say anything to it, since America was the one that first went killing people. ]

I will think of what to do with Hibari after I talk with him. America-san is still my friend and ally, and I cannot just forgive him.

I do hope that you do realize what you have done by attacking America-san, a nation, though. A nation has allies, and a nation is also responsible for their citizen's actions.
