[ the video clicks on with Japan walking down the ground floor hallway. Surprisingly, his face shows irritation. An expression rather rare on Japan. ]

[ a pause, before continuing in a sterner voice. It is obvious, that Japan is not. happy. ]

Also, is there anyone named "Hibari" here? I would like to have a word with this person. It is rather important.

I realise that, Japan. Even so, I can't sit idly around and let bygones be bygones.

I don't want to exacerbate the situation, but I can't allow him to go scot free.
